Garden portable gas fireplace for the garden - a decorative element and a useful heater

There are several ways to bring warmth, light and design to the terrace or garden. This is mostly difficult to achieve with a single accessory. A radiant terrace heater can offer heat, but it does not give light or the possibility to put a glass or food on it. A fireplace burning natural wood can provide light and heat, but it needs to be heated, chopped and the smoke goes to you and to the neighbors. It is impossible that such a firepit could be made on a table around which one could sit safely and undisturbed.

In addition to being a full-fledged table for the terrace or garden, this table with a gas fireplace is also a terrace heater, radiant heater or infrared emitter. Even a fireplace that heats the house or wood-fired fireplaces in the garden would not be ashamed of its power of approx. 16 kW. It can become the hot center of your terrace, garden, or representative outdoor spaces at your company, where everyone will want to pull up a chair and enjoy the warmth in its modern presentation.

Every terrace heater or garden fireplace has its priceless mission, which is to extend your stay on the terrace, garden or balcony. Spend more time in the open air, at sunset or under the stars, regardless of the outside temperature or season. An open fire in the middle of the table will create a private summer evening for you throughout the year and especially on cold days.

FAQ Frequently asked questions:

Q: Can fire really heat?
A: Yes, fire is powerful, comparable to real fire but without the smoke and smell. It is several times more powerful than indoor bio-alcohol fireplaces.

Q: What gas to use with the firepits?
A: Ideally pure propane especially in cold weather because propane-butane tends to freeze and thus the flame gradually diminishes in cold weather. Propane also has greater purity, no odor, and even slightly greater heat value.

Q: What gas cylinder to use?
A: Commonly available gas cylinders that are used for grills or gas heaters.

Q: Can the firepits also be placed in the rain?
A: Yes, they are fully weatherproof all year round.

Q: Can the firepits be outside under the roof?
A: Yes, it can be commonly placed under wooden, textile or plastic roofs.

Q: Can they be used indoors?
A: Although they do not have any toxic fumes, they are not recommended for indoor use as they have a powerful flame which has a high oxygen consumption and so without a supply of fresh air, the oxygen would be quickly consumed.

Q: Is there any special care needed for the firepit table?
A: No, it is a low-maintenance product in terms of care. We recommend using a nano impregnation on the concrete 1-2 times a year. We offer the manufacturer AKEMI, you can find it in our offer.

Q: Can it be used to grill on the fire?
A: Fire is not harmful, the same gas is used as for grilling. However, there is a concern of grease contaminating the burner or firepit filling, so we do not recommend grilling on the fire due to the contamination of the firepit and burner.

Q: Do I need to change the firepit filling?
A: The lava rock that is included in the package will change the shape a bit while using, but it is not an extreme loss. We can consider that the fire glass chips are persistent for an extremely long period.

Q: What material are they made of?
A: Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC). This is an extremely durable and also relatively lightweight material.

Q: Are the firepits portable?

• AYes, most firepits in our offer can be carried by two people like regular furniture. The weight is between 50-110kg.
• Q: Is it safe?
• AYes, the firepit tables comply with all EU standards. Besides, there is a thermoprobe which automatically shuts off the gas supply in case the flame is suddenly extinguished for example by water.
• Q: What is the gas consumption?
• AIt depends very much on the intensity of the set flame, but usually the consumption is between 800-900gr per hour at maximum performance.
• Q: What accessories do you offer and what are they used for?
• AGas cylinder cover - it serves as not only an aesthetic cover for the cylinder in the same design as the firepit, but also as an additional storage or table surface near the firepit.
• AWind shield - a glass shield around the fire pit that serves as a wind shield, but also for increased flame glare. It will also limit the immediate heat to items on the table near the flames.
• ASteel cover - when the fire is off, the steel cover can be used to cover the fireplace to provide a full table surface. It also serves as a barrier against falling dirt.
• ADecorative fire glass chips - is essentially indestructible fire pit filler. Moreover, the flame reflections from its glass surfaces create an even greater aesthetic experience.
