I researched many products before choosing your. I only could purchase a machine that was not dependent on wifi.
The fact that shipping was free was a bonus but I did not expect it to take 4 weeks to arrive.
I purchased the two way online/offline item with the express understanding that my husband who is trying to learn English could use it offline meaning without wifi!.
He is in the Dominican Republic and will be immigrating to Canada shortly.
Mario Bruchanik, Sales Manager assured me of the product. The machine does not work offline and my husband does not have wifi. I have contacted Mario 3 times by email explaining the situation and he has not replied! Is this your professional service I had anticipated receiving? Mario does not seem to care once an item it paid for and sent out.
His silence speaks volumes about your company and its customer service. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to report your organization. Does your company stand by your products and if a mistake is made and the wrong item is shipped do you not correct your mistake? If you are anything like Mr Bruchanik I do not expect a reply.I am very disappointed with your company and lack of customer service.
