Parking system with 2 IR LED back camera + 7" LCD
Good day,
Yes, the cameras don't have to be activated only when reversing, they can be on all the time. It just depends on how you have them connected to the power supply. If you want to keep the cameras running while the vehicle is running, you just need to connect the cameras to a power supply circuit that starts when the engine is running. However, if you connect the cameras to a circuit that is permanently powered, that is, it is powered even when the engine is turned off, the car battery may be discharged. Therefore, it is better that the cameras are activated at startup.

Good day,
is it possible to turn on the camera system via the socket in the ignition of the truck (a connector is already included in the package) and how long is the cable from the monitor to the camera?
Thanks in advance for your response

Good day.
Yes, the monitor can also be powered via the cigarette lighter socket in the truck. The cigarette lighter connector is not included in the package. The monitor has connectors that connect to the fuse box, but if necessary, they can also be soldered to the cigarette lighter adapter. The cable from the monitor to the cameras is 15 m long.
